Who else has information about this award?

* The funds available in any given year may be awarded to one or more projects.
* Award funds must be used for the purpose of the proposed research only and all expenditure utilised within twelve months from the date of issue. Failure to do so may result in fund recovery proceedings by VUW.
* In any given year the School of Architecture may, at the discretion of the School of Architecture, decide to utilise the funds to bring academics or professionals from the United Kingdom and/or New Zealand to the School to conduct specific seminars, workshops, lecture series or studio projects reflecting the intentions outlined under 'Purpose' above and open to graduates, architects and the wider public with an interest in the area. However, no award shall be made if the Selection Committee determines that no proposal is of sufficient merit, and no suitable academic or professional from the UK or New Zealand is invited to visit the School for the stated purpose. In this event, the income will be reinvested with the capital fund.
* Awardees will be required at six months and twelve months from the date of receiving the award, to submit letters of progress/completion to the Selection Committee and will also be required to present the outcomes of their research in a forum such as Architecture New Zealand magazine or at a public lecture held at the School of Architecture.
